RMA Policy: In the unlikely event that a return is requested, an RMA request must be submitted within three calendar (3) days from receipt of the item. A return must be received within seven (7) business days from the date the RMA was requested. If an item is not returned within the seven (7) days, the RMA will be voided and the return will not be accepted. RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED IF AN ITEM HAS BEEN OPENED OR TAMPERED WITH.
